Francesco, First do a safelight - coin test. I currently suspect your light sources. If you do not have an enlarger yet.....try exposing with just tungsten light 75 W (1 meter) and with your safelight at least 2 meters from your paper. Try using Grade 2 RC or FB paper (not the MG variety). It's OK to start with 5 sec.... 10 sec....... 20 sec.. etc. XTOL and HC-110 are both film developers. Dan K.
