A freind who double majored in the Royal School of Music in both piano and organ says that piano is by far the more difficult instument to master. Whereas an organ may have several keyboards the final performance is a matter of switching certain notes on and off at the appropriate time, compared to a piano, where expression can be implied with the sensitivity of touch, the control of the sound is what creates an artist out of the best players.
