Joe,

Every web page you see here is written in a special language called
HTML. But you can build a page without ever seeing a line of HTML code.
That is what web authoring packages like MS Frontpage do. You create the
page and then upload it to your site. But to start, you do not even need
that! Both Geocities (www.geocities.com) and Tripod (www.tripod.com)
provide online authoring tools, so you can simply upload your images and
build your homepage using the tools provided by the host. That is how my
motorcycle page was built. My photography page was built with MS
Publisher.

So, your first step should be to go to Tripod or Geocities and sign up
for a personal page. Both of them will give you 11 MB for free.
