Francesco,

T400CN is developed in C41 (color) chemistry, so you simply drop it off at a
minilab (Ilford XP2 or XP2 Super is the same thing). The suggestions you have been
getting is for developing traditional B&W film (e.g. Ilford Delta Pro 100). The
process times for me are usually something like this:

Development: ~10 mins. (depends on developer and film, obviously)
Stop bath: 1/2 min.
Fixer: 3-5 mins.
Hypo clear: 2 mins. (this step is optional, but I use it to make sure that there
is no residual fixer left on the negatives)
Wash: 20 mins.
Photo Flo: 1/2 min.
Drying: overnight
