There are few places with as interesting "natural light" - if we include as "natural" the light that comes with the scene without using twinkies - as hospitals. O.R's can be fabulous - challenging, yes, but fabulous. While spending about six weeks in a suite of O.R. doing the research for my book, O.R. (words, not pixs) I shot a zillion rolls of color neg film to give me photos to look at while I wrote. While some of the colors are pretty off - lots of green - some of the effects are terrific. C. The "trick" in the O.R., as Ted will atest, is being there to take photos without being there as an intrusive presence - which is where Ms - without twinkies - are terrific.
