Once in a while, someone asks where to obtain accesories for their old
leicas (be
it SM, M or R).  One store that has glasscases full of equipment from
filters to camera bodies (used and new old stock) is Olden camera in Herald
Square, NYC.  The atmosphere is very casual.
A few months ago they even had a Mint Black M2 for sale. Prices are fair. 
Some new items are Gray Market, so be sure to ask.
