Their tech support has been responsive to email and Usenet inquiries. I myself use the 250something tank with a 1:1 dilution, allowing 300 ml of diluted solution per roll of 35 mm. The motor on my processor - CPE2 - will safely handle 600 ml in the tank, so I can do two rolls of Leica-exposed (on topic!) 35 mm film at a time.
