Try T-Max 1:4 with Excel added.
You can obtain Excel from the Photographer's Formulary.  Excel helps to
optimize sharpness and grain while improving shadow detail.
For additional info check Camera & Darkroom, January 92, "The best just got
better" by Steve Anchell (pp14-15).
