IIIf black-dial:  1/30", set dial at "2"
IIIf red-dial:  1/50", set dial at "20"

I have shot with both and currently use a IIIf BD;  it works like a charm.
(I also use a Geiss Kontakt with my IIIc, and that also works perfectly well.)
