It has a built in belt, and I use it as a fanny pack, but the belt can be stored and a shoulder strap attached to the provided rings. It is semi-circular (typical) and fairly stiff, with three vertical compartments. It holds an M6 with lens attached (up to the length of an old 90mm Summicron) in the center compartment with the lens pointing down, 35 and 50 Summilux back to back in one of the side compartments, and whatever you want in the other side compartment. The two compartment dividers have flexible tops that fold out over the side compartments to separate the camera body (which spans across part of each side compartment) from whatever is in the side compartments. A zipper compartment in the lid holds Lenspens, marking pens, tiny flashlight, etc., and an outer zipper compartment will take film, meter, filters (contrast control of course, not UV) etc. I sometimes use an attachable side compartment to carry additional film or a Ricoh GR1. This bag is quite compact, and cost about $75 at my local retailer. It has become my most used bag for M gear when I don't need a 135mm lens (my 135/2.8 just won't fit with its goggles, although one of the old Tele-Elmars might.) Comes in colors, too.
