I have a Tilt All that I'd sell for $75.00.  I'm guessing at it's value.  I
paid $100.00 about 15 years ago, but am using a Bogen now.  The legs are
scratched, but works fine -- they seemed to lock tight.  I live in
Beaverton, OR.
