Of everything I have ever purchased new from Leica, big or small, the only
thing I have had to return was one ocular for my APO-Televid.  It was
returned when it developed bubbles in the lens cement after I had had it
for more than a year, and was replaced immediately.

Otherwise, no problems either with new gear or repairs I have had Leica do
on my stuff.
