The HM finder has beautiful brightness and contrast, a clear improvement optically over the classic M6 (which wasn't bad at all, the new one's just better). The 35mm lines are farther out towards the edge, but don't seem as far out as the 28mm lines were on the regular M6. I don't wear glasses, so using them isn't a problem. In practice I tend to rest my right cheek on my thumb when looking through the viewfinder. When doing this I can see the 35mm framelines all around. If I press in a little closer I can see space around the framelines. There's no special effort needed, therefore, to frame up the picture. I think that once I get used to it I won't notice the difference. - -Charlie - -------------------------------------------- Charles E.
