I've been using the Russar on a IIIf for a couple of years; as I said
earlier, I like it a lot.

I also use the Biogon on a G1.  I've found that the Contax 21 vf is
remarkably accurate in critical composition, far more so than was the
finder on my M Super-Angulon.  In fact, I've been stunned by the near SLR
performance with this lens/finder combo.  It may be that I have some weird
affinity for this particular combination.  Who knows?  I still maintain
that the crosshair is more than marginally  useful.
