I would assume from any Contax dealer; it's a nice 
compendium on 35mm Zeiss glass. I also use it to 
compare Zeiss & Leica glass, given that you now
get MTF charts from Leica USA...........to the best of 
my ability ;-)!

My latest puzzle results from comparing the new 
Leica R-50 f1.4 & the Zeiss 50 f1.4 MTF curves.
The MTF curves look quite similar & the quote on
the Zeiss 50 is; "Resolution is extremely high
across the image with this lens". Go figure ;-)!
