I think we agree - Sherry Krauter, Don Goldberg and Reinhold Mueller are
all factory-trained and equipped, although now working independently of
Mother Corp. But I've also had good experiences with Leica Canada's Service
Dept. and the slight extra expense & time is often worth it.
