I have had - and continue to have - some horizontal alignment problems with my M6 at infinity. It various from lens to lens and it doesn't seem to effect the focus. I have noticed that how my eye is positioned seems to effect this "mis-alignment." So I'm not really sure if it's an artifact of my eye positioning and wearing glasses, or something is "off." > -----Original Message----- > From: owner-leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us > [mailto:owner-leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us]On Behalf Of don > ferrario > Sent: Thursday, June 04, 1998 4:15 PM > To: leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us > Subject: [Leica] Re: vertical rangefinder alignment > > > Pieter, I don't know how to do the alignment on an M6, but > I may have a suggestion for the *vertical* alignment question: > > I also use a Mamiya-6 (wonderful device).
