He had a good Olympus OM1 camera with a standard lens, but he was not satisfied. He looked at pictures taken by other photographers, and saw they were better. Much, much better. So he got himself a Canon EOS 1n with five Canon lenses, and continued taking pictures. But he still was not satisfied with the quality of his pictures, So he bought a Nikon F5 with ten Nikkors. He looked at his pictures, and said: 'Oh! What a shit!'. This time, the man took no risk, so he sold his car and bought himself a Leica M6 AND a Leica R8, AND all Leitz lenses available. And still they stank. That's it! Said the man. I'm going for it! And he sold his house and got himself a Hasselblad with all Carl Zeiss lenses available. He could barely walk around anymore, but still the smell coming off his pictures could not be ignored. So he threw the Hasselblad stuff away, and bought a Linhof large format camera with a tripod of 300 kilo. The man could not leave his house anymore, so he sat all day at home, shitting, and thinking - Why on earth did I sell my light-weight Olympus???" He lived, unhappily, forever after...
