Funny, but when I borrowed a friends EOS 1n to shoot some stuff the camera felt much cheaper made in my hands than my EOS 1 did,the viewfinder seemed darker or flatter something. I just knew I did not like looking through it at all. At the time I was still shooting with Canon and was not even considering switching, but was considering the purchase of an EOS1n and the use of that camera turned me off...totally. As I have stated before we all buy cameras for our own reasons. It is obvious you prefer Canon, so I suggest you continue to use their equipment. They do make nice lenses and camera bodies and also have, or used to have, great customer support. Harrison McClary http://people.delphi.com/hmphoto
