Come now. It's one thing to say that Leica glass is better but this just
can't be justified.

There is simply only so smart you can be with 6 segments. You've got to
hope like hell it is a pretty standard scene. I don't care if the Leica
has a Cray super-computer attached to those 6 cells. It is still going
to have very severe limitations compared to even the 16 segments of
other cameras let alone the 1000 of the F5.

As for TTL, same story. There is only so smart you can be with
centre-weighted TTL. If the subject is off-centre you are stuffed unless
you have the spot pre-flash of Contax, the multiple selectable segments
of Canon, or the distance info of Nikon.

Yes Leica glass is nice. But try to retain some objectivity eh?
