Subject: [Leica] Noctilux questions

The Noctilux instruction says: "A special type of glass with a high
refraction index especially developed by Leica for the Noctilux
ensures warmer colour reproduction". Does it mean, that pictures
taken in late sunny afternoons get even more yellow than usual ?

One more: In 50 mm lenses, usually the right f 2.0 DOF sign
corresponds to the IR mark. Is it true for the Noctilux also ?

Sorry to interrupt the current discussions, which - for sure - will
finally enable most LUG members to continue in the creation of
fascinating pictures.
