Subject: [Leica] Russian LTM 28mm f4.5

Fellow LUG friends,
Maybe one of you can help me!
A few months ago, I bought a LTM Russian Fed 28mm f4.5 lens. I believe this
lens is pre-war because the aperture scale follows the European sequence of
this period (f4.5-f6.3-f9-f12.5-f18-).
This lens (in excellent condition by the way) looks exactly like an Hektor
28mm f6.3 lens.
It has a serial number (#41151) and another number (#82) engraved round the
mount of the rear element.
I had it CLA (it was a bit stiff) so I could use it on my M4P with a LTM to
M adaptor.
I was told this lens was probably a rarity, being faster than the other
28mm lenses of that same period.
Can someone give me an idea of the value of this lens?
I have tried it and found the 28mm too near my Summicron 35mm. I think this
lens is of more interest to a collector than to a user. Honestly I think
it's not a great performer but it may be the first 28mm to have a fast
(!?!) f4.5 aperture.

Tks for reading me!
