Those of us who shoot with older Leitz gear are familiar with the Visoflex'
"Sports-Release", a one-shot doo-hickey otherwise y-clept as the
OZXVO/14086 or 16493 Release Coupler for LTM cameras.  But my Leica Product
Directory 1397 (1st September 1954) lists an OZXVO-M/14087 M Release
Coupler.  

Does anyone else on the LUG have any knowledge of the existence of such an
animal, a "Sports Release M"?
