I agree that sharpenss,ASPH, APO, BOKEH and micro contrast are relatively
unimportant in the overall scheme of photography. I also believe that there
are few absolutes. A photograph is totally subjective just like chocolate
and vanilla. One person loves chocolate and another doesn't. It doesn't make
chocolate good or bad, it is subjective. What is impact to one person may be
total boredom to another. What is vivid imagery to one is non-interesting to
another. One person may not at all be impressed with a photograph resulting
in no lasting emotion. Another may be so impressed that it does invoke a
lasting memory.

Fortunately, or unfortunately everyone thinks that their opinion is the final
word when in reality opinions are just like rear ends everyone has
one.....mine included.

<< A good photograph must have IMPACT. A good photograph should be memorable.
A good photograph should elicit in the viewer vivid imagery beyond the
photograph being viewed. A good photograph should evoke lasting emotions.

To produce such a photograph, sharpness, ASPH, APO, bokeh, and
micro-contrast are the very least important ingredients, in fact they are
 not important at all.
