Unbelievable. 

For the record, my last word is this:

I never took you up on your offer of a refund (which, of course, you know) and kept a 
misgraded lens, to my disatisfaction because it wasn't worth the trouble of paying good 
money and wasting good time, to play circular ineptitude with you.

You never returned a thing to me and I never received your mythical 'refund'. The word 
Anger does not convey the beginning of what reading your abusive reply has produced 
in me.
