I have the 19mm 2.8 R and the 21mm 2.8 Aspheric.  I really can't say that one
is sharper than the other.  Both are exceptional.  I wouldn't be without
either.  If size and weight is not an issue I will use the R8 with the 19mm.
However, my preference is the M6 with the 21mm.  A real joy to use.

A used 19mm is bargain at the $1000 to $1200 range.  If you find one don't
hesitate.
