Hay robert louz=E1n, don't get me wrong. I would be, and sometimes am MAD!
MAD AS HELL! I would, phonetically, be ripping someone a new sphincter if I
didn't get treated professionally and with dignity.

I was just saying that everything cannot be perfect. It is too bad that
some people seem to take the brunt of bad luck.
