While I agree with Marc's statement to a point, there is another side of it. Dealers, especially dealers who specialize in Leica, have their own livelihood to think about first, not someone else's "verification" for the sake of LUG discussion. A lot of money is at stake if irritated sales reps decide to retaliate for honesty about the emperor's clothes. Do you really think any Leica dealer would be foolish enough to risk retaliation and financial loss for the sake of a LUG discussion? I am not a Leica dealer, but if I were, I would hardly be stupid enough to allow my gripes to be quoted on the internet. Believe what you want, but to dismiss something completely simply because you can't verify it seems to me a limited way of looking at things. A lot of things exist, but can not easily be verified.
