Kodak Publication J-107 has recommended XTOL development times for Tri-X
(and a bunch of other films, including Agfa, Fuji and Ilford) at a wide
variety of film speeds (100-3200 for Tri-X), at four different developer
strengths and four different temperatures.  The whole thing can be
downloaded from their web site.  I've found XTOL to give good results at
normal film speeds, but have no first hand experience with it for push
processing.
