It's been discussed here before, I believe, and quite recently too.
I think the answer depends on which country you're in to some extent, but
when I asked the answer was that Leica wouldn't do it, nor would they
supply the M6J finder parts for a third party repairer to do it, because
they were concerned about possible counterfeiting of M6Js.
