It will be cotton and similar to vest, but with sleeves and no mesh. Front pockets to be waterproof lined. And have a padded hood (removeable). Said it could be scotch guarded for some weatherproofing. I mentioned Gortex and she said she would love to have such, but not this time. Those in need could sew red dot onto it in place of choice. Others could sew same red dot (for smugness) and then tape over it (for anonymnity and sublimated smugness).
