[Leica] ted's boxes

Ted- you should have kept all those boxes.  When your time comes (way down
the road I hope) we could have fashioned you a neat Leica casket.  Leica
might even pick up the funeral expenses.
Better than what Mary threatens me with - a husky trash bag and the nearest
dump.
