After reading this thread I called Lecia in New Jersey to purchase the 
replacement kit for an m-3. Cost was $49. 

I was able to scrape off the old vulcanite and remove the glue with 
minimal difficulty.
 
My question is regarding the selftimer and viewfinder selector levers. Is 
there a way to remove them to facilitate installing the new leather? Is 
there a tool available?
