Subject: [Leica] What exactly is a Leitz Ic enlarger?

My local color lab has a posting for a  Ic enlarger for sale in "pristine"
condition; asking price is $450. I know the V35 and IIc but not the Ic. Is
this an older, 35mm only, autofocus machine?  At this price is it worth
considering or would a V35  (at 2-1/2 times the price) be a wiser choice?

Any info would be much appreciated.
