(I'd have to dig them out of the archive anyway) I don't think that it is really correct to say that an R system is superior or that an M system is. It rather depends on your vision and the way you prefer to shoot. I don't argue that with an M you will get pore counting closeups, but neither do I contend that these confer the theme of the game in a superior way. I find (perhaps because of my inexperience with sports) that the ability to see what is about to enter the frame is important to my success. Perhaps that is not the case for a real sports fan. BTW-What is wrong with including half the court in the shot?
