As you look to the front of the camera, you will note the round window to the left (towards the speed dial and film-advance knob). Unscrew the cover (the outer rim is a threaded cover ring). The lens itself will be revealed, surrounded by a brass holder. This is actually a prism. Turn the lens, gently and only a small distance. Saute to taste, as it says here, and you're done! These same adjustments, incidentally, work on most FED and Zorki cameras and on quite a few Japanese LTM cameras as well.
