Hi Mark - Put the polarizer on the lens so that - - when you swing it through the 180 degree travel - - the polarizer is above the viewfinder so that you can rotate the ring until you get the desired effect. Then, swing it closed and adjust the exposure via the diodes. Alternatively, you can install the polarizer so that - - in the 180 degree position - - you can view the polarizer through the viewfinder. Adjust for desired effect, swing it closed, and adjust the exposure. Best, George George Berger gberger@his.com
