It depends where you live as to where it should go. KINNDERMANN (Canada) in
Toronto  do the retro fitting as well Leica in NJ.  Or that was the last
time I heard.

Cost? I have no idea, but it'll probably be in the neighbourhood of a
couple hundred dollars.
