I am sure I will be taking photographs of many things I can not even imagine now. And this lens rings a bell for my Retinas had 35mm f/2.0 lens but: The catalog(maybe because it is dated 1996) does not picture the lens. There are only two 35mm lens, a SUMMICRON-M f/2 and a ASPH SUMMILUX f/1.4 . But leicasource.com lists a M-35/2.0 ASPH Black at $1495. I will assume that this is the lens you recommend and go with this as I shop for a lowest cost supplier. Thanks for the help, your advice make good sense to me.
