Being the owner of both (M3+M6+24Asph) I would prefer the first option and go for the 24Asph. I own a M3 for over 25 years, when the M6 arived on the scene I bought it, using the argument that a second body was very convenient ( one body for the 90 and the m6 for the 35, or being able to use color and b&w concurrently). Looking back it turns out that I almost exclusivly use the M6. Last summer I added the 24asph to my collection, and I realy love it. Meino
