Subject: Black borders (off topic)

Can anyone suggest where I can get Bartlett-style black border lith masks
with a white framing line for the 35mm aspect ratio?  Is there a commercial
supplier (in the UK perhaps?).

Sorry for the off topic post.  Please email me directly if you can
recommend a supplier.  I'd rather purchase one than try to make my own.
