Subject: Leicaflex vs. R

A friend of mine has to use a Leicaflex + lenses for his job.
His boss does have a Leica R5 and R6, he wants to persuade his boss to use
these two bodies. He finds working with the Leicaflex cumbersome.
Can the Leicaflex lenses be used on a Leica R camera? I remember once
having read about 2 and 3 cam lenses and converting Leica Reflex lenses,
does any of this apply here?
