When Nikon sells you an 80-200 old version for full price just before introducing a new version, they're hurting you financially. If they truly don't want to hurt sales of existing merchandise, they can say nothing. Lying by sweeping denial is lying and most of us were taught that this is morally wrong. Danny Gonzalez
