They might be ashamed of me the last few years but not for long. Lugger lurking is my big warm up to getting on with my phot projects. Otherwise I'm an art therapist and artist. I paint on furniture and do funny things. Photography owned me since age 8. For high school I begged to go to Cass Tech but no no no. Later, I made it to graduate SVA at the "late" age of 31, Ha. And, have been included in 2 group shows and 1 solo. Equipment: grandfather's 1900 box camera; Kodak Bantam needing repair- a keepsake, 1930ish very basis Zeiss Ikon, Leica 3-something, very worn Hassy someone didn't want & I do, Mamiya c330, some P&Ss and working my way up in the visual world: Nikon F which I traded for friend's original CL, traded back and back again. Good thing I married said friend. Would appreciate help here: CL's meter went south; battery test doesn't function consistently. 8 years ago we sent it through Glazer's store for battery contact repair and cleaning--very expensive and the rangefinder was not cleaned. We wish we'd mailed it to Prof CameraRepair in NYC. It's really failing now and we're forced to try somebody but won't without the best recommendation. Anyone highly reputable in Seattle? Thanks for all I'm learning here, Elizabeth Relearning is 10 times easier than learning the 1st time.
