I'm offended by the hyperbolic ignorance I'm reading here and, considering that my taxes paid over 2,000x more for the savings and loan mess, I don't think sub-30 cents we US taxpayers put into the _entire NEA budget adds up to anything worth even talking about. Remember Tina Manley's experience at the gallery show? You're all doing the exact same thing as the condescending docent did, just on the opposite side of the coin.
