One of the things I used to like about the LUG was the absence of the
ritualistic chest-beating brand wars one sees on other photo mailing lists.
 Astoundingly, some members of the LUG so missed these brand wars that they
had to reinvent them for the LUG as M vs. R wars.  This is complete and
utter buffoonery.  It's amazing.  The mind boggles.  Would you guys please
take this discussion to rec.photo.equipment.35mm, where it belongs?
