You got the word right, "flat". It was legendary flat. I might do my best to sell it now. I do exactly the same with a 105/2,5 AI (the former one) and I discover that the "mystic" about that lens is just that: a legend. Nothing to compare with a 90/2 R or 90/2,8 or 100/2,8 Apo.
