Collector's items

Just visited a neighbor who had some very interesting Leica equipment that
I had never seen before:

1. ELDIA/17900 printing apparatus for making contact prints - you roll the
original film strip images back to back with unexposed film thru a Leica
shaped box with a square opening to expose the film that is held against a
flat, clear window. The "winder" just clicks for every half frame - no
counter or rewind knob; very simple and unusual. 

2. ABCOO blade for cutting film while it is inside the camera. Includes a
nice leather carrying case.

3. VALOO/16620 slip on ring that makes it easier to adjust the f-stops on
the thread-mount Elmar 50mm/3.5 and also gives a bit of a lens shade. A set
screw tightens it over the lens and an internal notch engages the little
f-stop pointer that slides around the front of the Elmar lens (where it
looks like you are just as likely to poke a greasy finger into the lens as
actually adjust the f-stop). It is almost as heavy as the lens and an
impressive little piece of machining.

I was able to identify the above in Dennis Laney's "Leica Collector's
Guide". Does anyone have an idea of current market value of the items? The
ELDIA is in really pretty shape, and he would like me to take it to the
LHSA conference to sell it.
