No. It's fixed, so it can't be broke.  

Make sure it's washed really well. Use a hypo clearing agent.  If you have
to make a mistake, using concentrated fixer is far better than using fixer
that is too dilute or worn out. Fixing removes unexposed silver halide
crystals from the film, unaffected by the developer.  Once fixer has
removed them, continued fixing essentially has no effect.  That's why they
suggest to fix for about twice as long as it takes to visibly clear the
film, just to be on the safe side.  Relax. Everything will be just fine.
