Marc stated that he receives the system handbook every year or three 
because he knows to ask for them.  My question is how do you ask for 
one.  I purchased an M6 this March.  I received the Passport Warranty 
Card and a follow-up phone call to assure that I had within a few 
weeks.  However, I still have not received a handbook.
